GTM Engineer

You'll build and own the outbound engine that fills the pipeline for INGENIOUS's sales team, wiring together the tools and signals that turn cold prospects into conversations. This is a hands-on, build-it-yourself role — you're not managing a team, you're the one setting up the automations and making them work.

INGENIOUS.BUILD is a construction management software platform that replaces spreadsheets and disconnected tools with one connected system, serving owners, developers, owner's reps, general contractors, architects, engineers, and specialty trades on complex construction projects. The platform covers project financials, project management, construction administration, capital planning, and reporting so teams can sync budgets, schedules, and workflows from pre-construction to closeout. The company is Series A, based in Nashville, TN, with approximately 100 people working fully remote.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain automated outbound sequences across email, calling, and LinkedIn

• Set up and manage Clay workflows for lead enrichment, intent signals, and automation

• Configure and run outbound dialing campaigns through Nooks

• Maintain HubSpot as the system of record for sales activity, pipeline, and reporting

• Monitor deliverability, reply rates, and connect rates, and adjust sequences to improve them

• Keep enrichment and signal data clean and up to date so reps are working good leads

• Troubleshoot breakages across the outbound tool stack (Clay, Nooks, HubSpot, LinkedIn automation) and fix them quickly

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience building outbound automation across email, calling, and LinkedIn

• Direct experience using Clay for enrichment, signals, or workflow automation

• Experience with Nooks or a comparable outbound dialing tool

• Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, including how sequences and data flow into it

• Comfort debugging and iterating on multi-tool automation setups without heavy oversight

Nice to have

• Experience in a GTM engineering or revenue operations role at an early-stage B2B software company

• Familiarity with construction, real estate, or another vertical SaaS sales motion

• Basic scripting or API experience for connecting tools outside native integrations
